Stir the Senses at Cameo

Exclusive Melbourne Food & Wine Festival Event, 20 March
Resurrecting the intoxicating spirit of the 1930s Cocktail Age and the pleasure of seeking refreshment and solace from the enduring union between fine food and discerning cocktails, Cameo x The Everleigh have joined forces to stir the senses at the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival. Hosted by Joshua Hampshire, Bar Manager of Cameo, and Michael Madrusan, Founder and co-owner of The Everleigh, this guided vintage spirit masterclass will be held on The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne's 80th floor.

Against a glittering backdrop of the city's nightlights, the evening is devoted to new sensorial discoveries cultivated by the elixirs held within exceptionally rare and antique bottles of spirits procured from around the globe.

The event includes a guided tour of four cocktails and their history - including three vintage spirits (tasters), one fine and rare spirit paired with a chef's selection snack menu by hatted Chef, Michael Greenlaw.
